My approach acknowledges and explores earlier life experiences and their influence on current behaviors, beliefs, and feelings. Our objective is to strengthen and develop a solid and healthy sense of self.
I address the acute symptoms causing current distress and also the hidden chronic issues that reinforce negative patterns. My work is interactive. Together we explore and understand the behavioral patterns and beliefs that keep you from making the positive changes you desire.
